With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Abigail "Abby" Nicole Davis, age 25, of Fort Wayne, IN on Thursday November 6, 2025.  Born on April 20, 2000, she was the daughter of Paul and Amy (Arend) Davis.  In her younger years, Abby was a lover of dance, playing softball, and doting on her pets, as she was an extreme animal lover.  Most recently, she was a loving mother to her two daughters.  She will be remembered fondly as a kind and caring person, and for her remarkable ability not to judge anyone and to forgive easily.  Her silly heart will live on in her daughters, but her profound absence in the lives of her family and friends will be felt every day.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Layla Mae Davis and Brooklyn Ara Bowling; her parents; brothers, Andrew Corey (Lyndi) Davis and Trevor John (Erin Lynn) Davis; 4 nieces and nephews; and grandmother, Carol Ann Arend. Abby was preceded in death by her grandparents, Cornelious E. Davis, Ila Nadine Davis, and Kenneth John Arend.

A Time of Remembrance will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805 with Memorial Visitation beginning at 4:00 p.m.  Memorials can be written to an education fund for Abby's daughters, care of Amy Davis.  Fond memories and condolences can be left at www.divinemercyfuneralhome.com for the family.
