Anastasia S Roach, 79, of Fort Wayne boarded her last ArtTrek bus to be with her husband Joel of 45 years on November 14, 2017 at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born January 30, 1938 in Springfield, IL. She attended Blessed Sacrament Grade School & Sacred Heart High School. She then graduated from Milliken University & the University of Illinois. She was a member of Saint Charles Borromeo Catholic Church & Travel Coordinator with ArtTreks. Anastasia was a Blue Star Mother, Cub Scout Den Mother & Girl Scout Leader. She enjoyed Art League, Creative Cookery, music, traveling, camping & literature. She is survived by her Son, David C. Roach: Daughters, Julie (Jeff) Cusick & Patti (Dan Dixon) Lindsay all of Fort Wayne; 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Anastasia was preceded in death by her parents William & Dorothy Sullivan & Husband, Joel Kelly Roach. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Saint Charles Borromeo Catholic Church with calling one hour prior. Visitation will be held Friday November 17, 2017 from 2 pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave. Fort Wayne with a vigil at 3:30 pm. Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery. Fort Wayne. Memorial contributions may be made to St Charles Borromeo Catholic Church Building Fund.
