Bridget Vernette (McCracken) Rogers was the daughter of Ellis Sr. and Ruby (Wilson) McCracken. Bridget graduated Northrop High School, she then attended I.U. Bloomington College. One of her most amazing accomplishments is her daughter Dr. J'Andra Antisdel, a Son in love Paul Antisdel, a granddaughter Leah, a grandson Elijah. Bridget is survived by two brothers, Ellis Jr. and Ira; a sister, Neva; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephew. Bridget is proceeded in death by her father Ellis Sr., several aunts, uncle and cousins.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805 with vistitation for friends and family beginning at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will be at Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Pastor Kim Curry to officiate.
