Bruce C. Stark, 65, of Fort Wayne, died Tuesday November 11, 2025 at Parkview Regional Medical Center. He was born in Hicksville OH on June 30, 1960, the son of Marvin L. Stark and the late Jill (Bonter) Stark. Bruce married Patricia (Logan) Stark on July 17, 1987; Patti survives along with their children, Jacqlyn (Aaron) Hendricks of Spring Hill TN, Kevin (Sarah) Stark of McCordsville IN, and grandchildren, Greyson Hendricks, Sophia Stark, Londyn Hendricks, Harper Stark and Foster Hendricks. Bruce is also survived by his father, Marvin Stark of Fort Wayne; brothers, Darrell (Carol) Stark of Defiance OH and Larry Stark of Fort Wayne, and sister, Jane (John) Hiss of Heyburn ID.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jill Stark in 2007, and his stepmother Gladys Stark in 2023.

Bruce was a Carpentry Foreman at Hagerman Construction for 37 years; after retirement Bruce spent 8 years working at Classic Boat Restorations. He was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Parish, the Carpenters Union Local No. 232 and a talented woodworker, having recently completed full restoration of a mahogany 1961 Century Resorter inboard boat. Bruce enjoyed playing golf, and when not playing, he was often found keeping abreast of the sport on the Golf Channel. He was an avid fan of the Chicago Cubs and Indianapolis Colts, as well as following college athletics of all the major universities in Indiana. He also enjoyed traveling, snow skiing, and caring for his dog Border Collie, Emmy.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00am Thursday November 20, 2025, in St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 1502 E. Wallen Rd. with visitation from 10-11am in the church. Visitation is also from 4-8pm Wednesday at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave. with the Rosary at 3:30pm.
