Carla Ann Iacovacci-Gaskill, 61, of Fort Wayne, passed away Thursday, December 18, 2025 at Parkview Randallia Hospital.

She was born in Fort Wayne to the late John Henry and Rosemarie McKinney.

Carla had worked for several area factories.

In July of 2017, in Fort Wayne, She married the love of her life, Mark Gaskill.

Carla is survived by her husband, Mark; children, Stephanie Lahue, Willaim (Erica) Lemcke, Tasha Smith, and Jacon Block, numerous grandchildren; and a sister, missed by her many siblings accept Jolena and Misty who she has now reunited with..

A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 29, 2025 at 1 p.m. at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, with calling from 12 p.m. until the start of the service at 1 p.m. Cremation services will follow the Funeral.

Memorials may be directed to Humane Fort Wayne or Black Pine Animal Sanctuary.
