Carol, a graduate of Central Catholic and St Joseph's School of Nursing, dedicated her life to serving others. Following time spent with the Maryknoll Sisters in New York, she returned to Fort Wayne, where she married her husband and raised her family. A true embodiment of compassion, she worked as a nurse for 45 years, providing loving care to her children, neighbors, and patients at Parnell Park Nursing Home and St. Joseph Medical Center. Carol lived with unwavering kindness and love, rarely getting upset and always keeping her feet firmly planted on the ground, with her thoughts focused on eternal life. In addition to her nursing career, Carol generously volunteered her time at St. Charles (Rosary Sodality), The Women's Care Center, Miss Virginia's Mission, Allen County Right to Life, and the Christ Child Festival. She made everyone feel like they were her favorite, as she genuinely loved all. Her legacy of selfless service, kindness, and love will forever be cherished by those whose lives she touched. May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the love she so freely shared with everyone.
