Charles "Chuck" R. Scott, age 59, of Fort Wayne, IN passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2025. Born on November 15, 1965, he was the son of the late Richard C. and Katherine (Cavanaugh) Scott. Chuck enjoyed listening to talk radio and reading his Bible. He loved being an uncle to his nephew and was always there for his family. Chuck faced many challenges in his life and in the end was living the best life he could. He will be dearly missed.

Left to cherish his memory are his brother, John (Alicia) Scott; and nephew, Jonathon Floyd. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents.
