Chase Ryan Hale, 0, of Fort Wayne passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne, IN.

Chase is survived by his parents, Rachel and Patrick; grandparents, Richard W. Shuler and Jeffery and Fran Hale; aunts and uncles, Nicole Shuler, Megan and Rob Dukarski, Christine and Joel Douglas, Kathleen and Phillip Stewart, Andrew and Cecelia Hale; cousins, Madelyn, Gillian, and Owen Stewart, Ashton Douglas, Hudson and Liam Hale, Brian Abbott, Gianaah and Enzlii Dukarski. Chase was preceded in death by his grandmother, Tara T. Shuler.
