With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Chirley Junior Allen II, who left this world on August 20, 2025, at the age of 48. Born on January 10, 1977, in Saginaw, Michigan, Chirley was the son of the late Charlie Parham and Sandra Allen.

Chirley is survived by his children, Charley Allen, Javario "Chris" Allen, Atlantis Allen, Jessica Allen, and Adrian Allen; his loving sister, Rachael Jackson, and his devoted brother, Charles Allen. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 nephews, and 2 nieces. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends alike. May he rest in peace, knowing he touched our hearts in ways words cannot express.
