Christine "Chris" Doak, age 73, of Fort Wayne, IN passed away on Friday, March 7, 2025. Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Timothy Doak; daughters, Melinda, Julie, and Molly; 4 grandchildren; 3 brothers; and 3 sisters.

A Mass of Christian Resurrection will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 21, 2025, at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 1105 S. Calhoun Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802 with visitation one hour prior. Chris will be laid to rest at Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne following the service.
