Concepcion "Connie" Meine, 79 of Fort Wayne, died Monday, July 29, 2024 at Parkview Randellia Hospice. She was born on May 19, 1945, in Hughes, Arkansas. Surviving husband John Meine; children Roy Torres, Donna (Bruce) Torres-Meyer, Shawneen Ison, Martin (Wendy) Torres; 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and father of her children, Patrick Torres. Funeral service will be Saturday, August 3, 2024 at 11 a.m. at St. Louis Besancon Catholic Church, New Haven, with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial in St. Louis Besancon Cemetery, New Haven at a later date.
