Derrick M. Devlin, 38, of Fort Wayne, died Sunday November 9, 2025. Derrick was born in Fort Wayne on October 25, 1987, the son of (the late) Jeff Krill and Linda (Devlin) Shephard. Derrick was a restaurant employee and during his free time he enjoyed watching his favorite teams play, especially the New Orleans Saints and the Los Angeles Lakers. Derrick is survived by his son, Mason Devlin; his brother Jerimiah (Myrhanda Rollins) Mason; stepbrothers, Dax Shephard and Sabastian Shephard; stepsisters, Karin Shephard and Kanisha Shephard; nieces, Mykhinzlee Mason and Rhyatt Mason, all of Fort Wayne, and his grandfather, Gary Hensch of Laud.
