Diane M. Savieo, 75, of Fort Wayne, IN passed away peacefully on Friday, December 26, 2025, at Stillwater Hospice after a four-year battle with Multiple Myeloma. A lifelong resident of Allen County, she was born on February 1, 1950, to the late William and Alvina (Vachon) Minnich. Diane was married to her husband, Paul "Lloyd" Savieo, for 56 years, and together they raised three children.

Diane worked at Lincoln Life Insurance, Swiss Re Group, and the Lincoln Museum in various administrative and executive assistant roles. She took joy in simple pleasures, including spending time with her family, gardening, reading, and caring for her cats. In her younger years, she also enjoyed quilting and sewing. Diane's loved ones knew they could always depend on her support and prayers. She was a devout Catholic and a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Left to cherish Diane's memory are her husband, Paul Savieo; children, Dawn (Gary) Hall, Jason Savieo, and Jeremy Savieo; grandchildren, Josh Savieo, Jacob Hall, Sabrina Reust, Linda (Jesus) Soto, Megan Savieo, and Skyler Hall; step-grandchild, Otis Reust; ten great-grandchildren; sisters, Marilyn Sommers and Carol Books; and brothers, Roger Minnich and Larry Minnich.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at St. Joseph Catholic Church Hessen Cassel, 11337 Old US Hwy 27 South Fort Wayne, IN 46816, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805 with a Rosary beginning at 3:30 p.m. Diane will be laid to rest at St. Joseph - Hessen Cassel Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
