Emanuela "Emma" Tulley, age 94, of Fort Wayne, IN passed away peacefully on Monday, October 27, 2025, at her residence surrounded by family.  Born on January 21, 1931, in Canton, OH, she was the daughter of the late Pietro and Ellen (Morelli) Saraceno.  On September 10, 1949, she married Herbert "Bill" Tulley.  They shared 39 years together until Bill's passing in 1989.  Emma was a graduate of International Business College and worked as an executive secretary for I & M Electric/American Electric until her retirement in 1992.

When not working, Emma enjoyed reading and studying philosophy and religion.  She loved to paint as a hobby.  Most of all, she loved her family and enjoyed telling stories about each and every one of them.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Michael (Lory) Tulley, Teresa (Joe) Byanski, Marguerite "Peggy" (Thomas) Garris, Marcus (Jo Ann) Tulley, and Maureen (Tony) Miller; 27 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Emma was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Tulley; daughter, Karen Morning; her parents; brother, Sylvester "Sonny" Saraceno; and aunt, Yolanda Morelli.

A funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 31, 2025, at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church, 7215 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46835 with visitation one hour prior.  A funeral luncheon will immediately follow the service.
