Frank Glavin, 85, of Fort Wayne, passed away Saturday, October 18, 2025.

He was born on September 13, 1940 in Dublin to the late James and Katherine (Slater) Glavin.

On February 20, 1981, he married the love of his life, Carol Krom.

Mr. Glavin retired as a Chemical Engineer from Nike.

He and Carol were members of Saint Jude Catholic Church.

In his free time, Frank enjoyed golfing and running. He had previously ran in two Boston Marathons.

He is survived by his wife, Carol; children, Elizabeth, Catherine, Frank, Matthew, Sarah Pearson, Kelly (Dan) Carrero, and Andrea (Tom) Cole; numerous grand and great-grandchildren; and siblings, Irene and Anne.

Also preceding him in death were siblings, Maureen and Anthony.

Per Franks wishes, there will be no formal services.

Memorials may be directed in lieu of flowers to the Humane Society.
