Geralyn S. Perez, 55, of Fort Wayne passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022. Geralyn was born in Fort Wayne and graduated from Elmhurst High school and retired from VA Northern Indiana Health Care. She was a veteran of the US Army and served during Operation Enduring Freedom and was a member of American Legion Post 82. She was proud to serve in the military protecting the country she loved. Geralyn loved music and enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and family.

Geralyn is survived by her mother, Raquel Perez; sons, Nathan and Nicholas Perez; grandchildren, Honesty G. Perez, Briella R. Perez and Malikai N. Perez; sisters, Frieda Dunlap, Olivia Perez, Lenora (Roger) Pendleton and Donna Perez; brothers, Paul Perez and Donald Perez and many nieces and nephews who loved to call her "JLo" . Geralyn was preceded in death by her father Roland L. Perez and sister Raquel Perez.

Funeral services will be 2 pm Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, with visitation from 12:00- 2:00pm. Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery.
