Glenda L. Bragalone, (VanZant) 97 finished a life she cherished greatly, entering into eternal peace on Sunday, June 16, 2024, at Kingston Care Center of Fort Wayne, where she resided for 9 years. Born November 16, 1926, she was the daughter of Howard Van Zant and Arlene Van Zant. Glenda married her life-long husband, Albert "Abe" J. Bragalone on January 18, 1947. She retired from Parkview Hospital in 1992 where she worked as a PBX Operator. Her brother, Howard "Van" Van Zant, Jr. preceded her in death. Glenda's greatest legacy is her family. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Glenda is survived by her beloved husband of 77 years, Albert (age 99); children Jeanne Schneider (Eric); Jon Bragalone (Kelly) and Phyllis Jehl (Greg); 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Glenda enjoyed her years at Kingston Care Center where she was well-cared for by a loving staff. Visitation will take place Monday, June 24, 2024, from 12:00PM-1:00PM at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne. Funeral service immediately following.
