Jack E. Oberle, 82, of Fort Wayne died peacefully January 18, 2020 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne, IN. Jack was born to the late Jack and Mary Margaret (Nana) Oberle on March 9, 1937 in Puerto Armuelles, Panama. Jack is survived by his loving Wife Claire Kidd Oberle; his Son, Donald (Tiffany) Oberle; his Daughter, Eileen (Jason) Oberle Hakey; Sister, Ann McLaughlin; and His beloved Grandchildren Matthew, Skyler, Coral and Eva. Jack was preceded in death by his, Sisters, Barbara Oberle Graf, Margie (Harkins) Oberle Hedberg. Jack was a devoted faith filled family man. He loved Baseball, Softball, gardening in his yard and his family pets, especially Cody his golden retriever. He was a proud Air Force Veteran. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am, Friday, January 24, 2020 at Saint Vincent Catholic Church with calling one hour prior. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 16, 2020, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne. Burial will be in Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Memorial contributions may be made to Multiple Myeloma Cancer.
