Janet S. Schey, 86 of Ft. Wayne passed away Monday, September 30, 2024 at Heritage Park. She was born in Ft. Wayne and retired from Ft. Wayne Dental Group as an administrator. Jan was an avid Catholic and enjoyed playing cards, traveling and camping. Surviving are her daughter; Jo Bennett, son; Kevin Schey, grandchildren; Corinna "Cori" (Don) Wyss, Lyndsie Schey and Kelli Schey and great-grandchildren; Andrew and Addison. She was preceded in death by her sons; Rick and Greg, sisters; Jackie Nichols and Doris Closson. Mass will be 10:30am Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2024 at St. Jude Catholic Church, 2155 Randallia, Ft. Wayne with calling 1 hour prior. Calling also Monday, Oct. 7, 2024 from 3 to 7pm at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lave Ave. Ft. Wayne with the rosary recited at 2:30pm.
