Surviving are her daughter, Kamya Gaines; father, Floyd Gaines; siblings, Latrisha Jackson, Vincent Patterson, Ajaninea Patterson, Floyd Edward Patterson, Isaiah Gaines and Edrisha Gaines. She is preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Sloan and brother Jerrell Patterson.
Services for Jayla will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, August 5, 2025 Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne, IN with visitation one hour prior.
