Jeanette Christine Sallows, 75, of Fort Wayne, passed away Monday, December 16th, 2024.

She was born on May 2nd, 1949, in Fort Wayne to the late James Jacoy and Ester (Huth) Hickey. After living in California and Colorado in childhood during to her father's active military service, she returned to Fort Wayne and graduated from Northside High School in 1967.

Jeanette was a huge fan of music and art and was always found supporting local artists from the Fort Wayne area. She wanted everyone to succeed in what their heart desired, which encapsulates the person she was. Her season of life following retirement was vastly embraced by allowing her to spend invaluable time with those she held most dear. She was often found shopping or cooking with her grandchildren and will always be fondly remembered for her unwavering love for her family.

She is survived by her sister, Mary; children, Shay & Cathy; and beloved grandchildren, Tanner, Bailey, and Mariella.

Funeral Services will be on Monday, December 23rd, 2024, at 1:00PM at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
