Obituary

Joann Radabaugh, 91, of Fort Wayne, died Saturday May 17, 2025 at Lutheran Village of Pine Valley. Joann was born in Huntington on January 8, 1934, the daughter of (the late) Arthur and Nanette (Shively) Harding. Joann retired as the owner of J&R Trucking, and later worked in the offices at Montgomery Trucking.  She enjoyed playing cards, especially with her Euchre club; she liked playing Bingo, shopping for the latest fashions, caring for her pet cats & dogs, but her greatest joys in life were her grandchildren and the times she spent with her family & friends. Joann is survived by her daughters, Sherrie (Eric) Bergendahl on Lake Gage in Angola and Karen (David Scranton) Montgomery of Fort Wayne; son, Donald D. (Stephanie) Radabaugh, Jr. of Warsaw, and her very special nephew, Robert (Marlene) Addison of Columbia City. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jennifer (Chuck) Ellefson of Satellite Beach FL, Jaclyn (Cody) Kieler of Fort Wayne, Jordyn Beverly and Larissa Beverly, both of Warsaw, and Shane Radabaugh of Janesville WI; great-grandchildren, Aili Ellefson of Satellite Beach FL, Jayden Kieler of Fort Wayne, Londyn Radabaugh of Fort Walton Beach FL, and Lukaz & Kayzen Dobbs. In addition to her parents, Joann was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald D. Radabaugh Sr; brother, Arthur "Sonny" Harding and sister, Jeanette Rouse.

Private family services were arranged with the assistance of Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne. Joann was laid to rest in Huntertown Cemetery.
