June 24, 1970 – June 30, 2024
John Bradley Jr., 54, of Fort Wayne passed away unexpectedly Sunday, June 30, 2024.
He was born in Fort Wayne on June 24, 1970 to John and Sheila (Wiltshire) Bradley.
Mr. Bradley began working for his parents at Bradley Door. He was a skilled carpenter and builder, traits passed down from his father. In 2001 he founded and ran Auburn Door for 20 years until he sold it to his son, Zach.
John was a fun loving adventurous kind of guy. He loved to be on the lake and could be frequently found Water Skiing, even Barefoot Water Skiing. John also enjoyed running and playing golf.
Left to mourn his passing are children, Maddie (Adam) Schillinger, Zach Bradley, Sam Bradley, and Jake (Maggie) Bradley; parents, John "Jack" and Sheila Bradley; grandchildren, Gwen, Harlow, Ellie, Quinn, Theo, and Max; siblings, Barb (Tim) Lima, Brenda (David) Jacks, and Donna Bradley; and his best friend, Julie.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, July 6, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Good Hope Catholic Church, 7215 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne with calling one hour prior. Calling will also be Friday, July 5, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne with the recitation of the Most Holy Rosary at 4 p.m. Burial will follow Mass at Catholic Cemetery.
Memorials may be directed to Serenity House in Auburn.
