John Lee Miller, 91, of Fort Wayne, passed away Monday, October 21, 2024.

He was born on February 15, 1933 in Fort Wayne to the late Donald H. and Lucilla A. (Conrad) Miller.

John was a graduate of Central Catholic High School. Following graduation, John enlisted in the United States Army. While serving at Camp Roberts in California, John married the love of his life, Patricia "Patty" Carrier.

Mr. Miller worked for American Hoist for 31 years and then went on to retire from Dana.

In his free time, John enjoyed golf, NASCAR, Indy Car, and going to the beach in Florida. Above all else, John will be fondly remembered for his unconditional love for his family, always working hard to ensure they had everything they needed.

He is survived by his loving wife, Patty; daughters, Becky (Jim) Hurst and Jackie Shultz; grandchildren, Brandon, Eric, and Pamela; great-grandchildren, Phoenix and Londyn; and brothers, Thomas and Phillip.

Also preceding him in death was a brother, Donald.

A Funeral Service celebrating John's life will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024 at 1 p.m. at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne with calling from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Entombment will follow at Catholic Cemetery.
