John S. Rowlen, 65, of Fort Wayne, died Thursday March 7, 2024. John was born in Champaign, Illinois on October 4, 1958, the son of (the late) James and Deanne (Amidon) Rowlen. After graduating from high school, John served his country proudly in the US Air Force. Survivors include his son, Chris (Jamie) Rowlen of New Haven; daughter, Jessica (Judd) Stephens of South Bend, and his grandchildren, Maya Rowlen, Seth Stephens, and Luke Rowlen. John is also survived by his step mother, Lynn Rowlen of Maumee OH and his sister, Cynthia Whaley of Monroe MI.

John will be laid to rest in Marion National Cemetery with graveside services scheduled for 1:00pm Friday March 15, 2024. Arrangements through Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave.
