Jose Miguel Diaz, passed away, Wednesday, April 16, 2025. He was born on September 22, 1965 in Villalba, Puerto Rico. He was truly the life of the party, always ready to raise a glass, share a story, and make those around him laugh. Jose was full of spirit, laughter, and just the right amount of mischief, he was unapologetically himself. He could be a handful at times, but those who knew and loved him knew that was just part of his charm. Jose's presence was larger than life, and his absence leaves a deep void in the hearts of many. He was a proud father to five children, Melody, Mike, Cito, Nancy, and Silva. He was a beloved brother, he loved his brothers and held a special bond with all his sisters, who meant the world to him. His legacy lived on through his 11 grandchildren, who filled his life with lots of love and laughter. Though he's no longer with us, the memories Jose, AKA Miguel, created, the laughter, the music, the unforgettable stories. These will continue to echo into the lives of those he touched. He lived his life to the fullest and was always young at heart. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered. A Funeral celebrating Jose's Life will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 1 p.m. at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne. Calling will be from 12 noon until the start of the service. Burial will follow in Catholic Cemetery.
