Judith K. Wright 84, passed away December 9, 2024 at her residence in Ft. Wayne. Judy was born February 19, 1940, in Ft. Wayne to the late Columbus "Chris" and Lucretia Disher. She graduated from South Side High School, achieved a RN from Parkview Hospital and a bachelor's degree in Nursing from Indiana University.  She ultimately specialized in drug, alcohol and psychiatric units in the latter part of her career. She attended First Presbyterian Church and enjoyed playing Bridge, reading, music and art. Judy also enjoyed traveling, visiting Europe, India, Egypt, China, Mexico, Japan, Canada and most of the States and National Parks in the USA. She is survived by her husband of 58 years Frank Wright, son Chris Wright and his wife Terri, daughter Susan Wright, sister Sandra Poling and 3 grandchildren Ethan, Bennett and Enly "Cat" Wright. Judy was preceded in death by her parents and brother David Disher. Memorials can be made in Judy's honor to the Indiana Center for Middle East Peace.
