Julie Sanders, age 65, of Fort Wayne, IN passed away on Friday, April 18, 2025, at Parkview Randallia Hospital.  Born on July 29, 1959, in San Antonio, TX, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Linda (Hall) Vore who survives.  On June 30, 1979, Julie married Stephen Sanders. Together, they spent the next 45 years building a life and watching their family grow.  Julie was a dedicated mother to her 9 children and a loving grandmother to all her grandchildren.  She enjoyed baking so much that she even operated her own bakery.  She also enjoyed reading a good book, sitting in the sunshine, and spending time with her grandkids.  Julie's interests were very eclectic, and included her love of WWE, Taylor Swift, true crime and paranormal television shows.  She had a great sense of humor, which she passed down to her children.  Julie's faith was important to her, and she was devout in her beliefs.  She was a member of St. Jude Catholic church and was an active volunteer with the SCRIPT program and also as a classroom helper.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Steve Sanders; children, Logan (Kendal) Sanders, Kaitlin (Jordan) Krieger, Sarah (Jason) Duncan, Caleb Sanders, Emma Sanders, Jacob Sanders, Hannah Sanders, Ireland Sanders, and Reese Sanders; grandchildren, Xavier, Austin, Ryan, Kaiden, Theodore, Kaitlyn, Madilynn, Harper, Rowan, Willow, Hadley, Sawyer, Violet, Easton, Greyson, and Kristy; mother, Linda Vore; brother, Mike (Tammi) Vore; sister, Susan (Tom) Mumma; and several nieces and nephews. Julie was preceded in death by her father, Jack Vore; and father-in-law, Delbert Sanders.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, April 25, 2025, at St. Jude Catholic Church, 2130 Pemberton Drive, Fort Wayne, IN 46805 with visitation one hour prior.  Visitation will also be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805.  Burial at Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne.  Memorials can be written to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org) in Julie's name.  Condolences can be left at www.divinemercyfuneralhome.com for the family.
