June Marie Kemp, 99, passed away on October 20, 2024. She was the daughter of Celeste (Blaising) and Orville Covault. June enjoyed singing with the Sweeney Homestead Hearthstones and was a member of the St. Jude's choir. She also was a superb seamstress and thoroughly enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening. In her later years, June was an avid Bingo player and winner at St. Anne's.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Donald H., her eldest son Philip Allen, son-in-law, A. George Day, brothers Donald O. Covault and Richard E. Covault.

June is survived by her children: Diane (Robert) Polonsky of Colorado Springs, Gloria of Fort Wayne, Kathryn S. Day of Fort Wayne, and Michael (Alicia) of Park Hills, Kentucky, 14 Grandchildren, and 12 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Mass will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at St. Anne Home, 1900 Randallia Dr., Fort Wayne, IN, with visitation from 12:00-1:00.
