Katrina M. Weldon, 49, of Fort Wayne, died Tuesday September 15, 2026, at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Katrina was born July 13, 1977 in Monticello, the daughter of John and Robin (Abbott) Weldon of Winamac, who survive along with her daughters, Alexis (Patrick) Pommer, stationed in Odenton MD, and Jennifer Pentangelo of Fort Wayne; son, Dominick Beachem of Fort Wayne; grandchildren Penelope Pommer, Keston Beachem III and Ja’ire Beachem; sisters, Mary Holehan and Bekky (Travis) Garner, both of Winamac; brother, Tim (Jennifer) Weldon of Ozark MO. 

Katrina was preceded in death by a son, Keston T. “K.J.” Beachem, Jr. and a granddaughter, Violet Pommer.

Memorial Services are scheduled for 11:00am Saturday September 26, 2026 at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave. with visitation from 10-11am.
