Lowell R. Stults, 90, of Fort Wayne, died Sunday February 1, 2026. He was born in Portland on July 7, 1935, the son of (the late) Paul E. and Inez (Baldauf) Stults. Lowell was employed at Eckrich for 18 years, Avery Dennison for 15 years and retired in 2001. He was an avid IU fan and enjoyed fishing, and spending time with family & friends.
Lowell is survived by his companion of 18 years, Dorothy Coleman; his daughters, Lisa (Tyroy) Meriwether and Laura Dafforn, both of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Latricia Stults of Fort Wayne, Jacob Dafforn of Van Wert OH, Katie Dafforn of Hamilton OH, and his first great grandchild is on the way, who will be named Ryder Adam Navey.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Joann Stults; brothers, William Stults and John Stults and sisters Lena Richards, Helen Mossberger, Betty Wooslager and Wilmajean Cox
