Martha Jean (Till) Mawhorr, 79, of Fort Wayne, passed away Sunday, October 20, 2024.

She was born on April 17, 1945 in Fort Wayne to the late Walter and Dorothy (Kroener) Till.

Martha was a graduate of Central Catholic High School and then went on to earn her Masters Degree from the University of Saint Francis.

Ms. Mawhorr worked as an Art Teacher for Fort Wayne Community Schools. She also worked at Oz Flowers and Hoffman House Interior.

She is survived by her sister, Judith (Victor) Bobay; niece, Megan Bobay; nephew, Andrew (Charlotte) Bobay; great-niece, Anna; and great-nephew, Luke.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Anne Home and Retirement Community, 1900 Randallia Drive, Fort Wayne with calling one hour prior. Calling will also be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, October 27, 2024 at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne.

Memorials may be directed to Turnstone or Saint Anne's.
