Mary Ann Roebel, age 78, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Thursday, October 8, 2026, after an extended illness. Mary was a 1966 graduate of Central Catholic High School. She was a devoted homemaker and enjoyed hosting social events and especially her time spent with family.

Mary Ann Roebel was born on August 29, 1948, in Fort Wayne, the daughter of James Owen and Rosemary (Lutz) Perkins. She married William Roebel on December 16, 1967, and survives.

Mary is also survived by a daughter, Ann Marie (Matthew) Klopsch, of Fort Wayne; two sons, Gregory (Amanda) Roebel, and Jason Roebel, both of Fort Wayne; three grandchildren, Lillian Roebel, Brandon (Morgan) McIntire and Madeline Roebel (Austin) Agler; two great grandchildren, Pierce William McIntire and Leo James Agler; two step grandchildren Katherine Klopsch and Karen Klopsch, and one brother, David (Virginia) Perkins, of Fort Wayne. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Joseph, James, and John Perkins and a great granddaughter, Madden D. McIntire.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16, 2026, from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 1986 Cedar Canyons Road, Huntertown, Indiana. Recitation of the rosary will be at 4:00 P.M. in the funeral home.

Services will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 1986 Cedar Canyons Road.

The family will receive visitors for one hour prior to the service beginning at 9:00 A.M. in the funeral home.

Entombment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.

Memorial contributions may be made to Stillwater Hospice or to a church of the donor’s choice.
