Michael W. Moss, 79, of Fort Wayne, died Tuesday June 23, 2026 at Cedarhurst Senior Living. Mike was born in Harlan on July 25, 1946, the son of (the late) Merle and Margaret (Mehert) Moss. He served his country proudly in the US Air Force. Mike was an outdoorsman; he was an avid golfer and fisherman, and had retired from his position in truck sales.

In addition to his parents, Mike was also preceded in death by his wife, Roseann (Rorick) Moss on April 17, 2021.

Survivors include his brother, Max Moss in Florida, his brother-in-law, Mike (Charlene) Rorick of New Haven, and nieces & nephews.

Mike will be inurned in the Resurrection Chapel at Catholic Cemetery with a Committal Service at 2:00pm Monday August 24, 2026, with Mother Charlene Rorick from St. Mary Magdala officiating.
