Michael James Voigt, age 66 of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away on January 14, 2026, peacefully at home. Mike was born Oct. 11, 1959, in Toledo, Ohio, son of James and Janet Voigt (Flynn). Remaining to cherish Mike's memory are his mother, Janet Voigt; sisters, Kathy Voigt, Sue Voigt, Shari Voigt, and Linda (Shannon) Williams; niece and nephew, Jamie Voigt and Kendall Williams. He was preceded in death by his father, James Voigt; grandparents, Eldon and Miriam Voigt, James and Bernice Flynn.

Mike especially loved music and classic cars, and he was known for his quick wit, never missing a chance to make others laugh. His sense of humor was one of his greatest gifts. He also loved recounting family stories and had a knack for remembering even the smallest details.

Praying of the Rosary, Thursday, Jan. 22 at 3:30pm with Visitation from 4pm-6pm at Divine Mercy, Huntertown, IN. Funeral service is Friday, Jan. 23 at 11am, with calling one hour prior, at Divine Mercy, Huntertown. Burial immediately following at Catholic Cemetery on Lake Ave.
