Michele L. Sewell, 58, of Fort Wayne, died Friday September 18, 2026. She was born in Fort Wayne on May 29, 1968, the daughter of (the late) Angelo Michael and Darlene (Liddy) Gennaitte.

Michele was a home health aide, a member of Queen of Angels Catholic Church and a longtime advocate of the American Cancer Society.

Survivors include her fiancée, Howard Martin of Fort Wayne; son, Domonic (Rianna Rankin) Sewell of Fort Wayne; daughters, Lyndsay Sewell and Nicole (Juan Salguero) Sewell, both of Grover Beach CA; sister, Cheryl Mansaray of Fort Wayne; nephew, Andrew (Megan) Mansaray of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Jayveon Silas, Khalil Walker, Janeah Rankin, Richard Harrison, Jr, and a great-nephew, Myles Mansaray.

In addition to her parents, Michele was also preceded in death by a sister, Louise Morales.

Funeral Services 2:00pm Thursday, September 24, 2026 at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave. with visitation from 1-2pm. Burial in Catholic Cemetery.
