Pamala Ramsey, age 73 born to Kendall (Bud) Zion and Nancy Jean (Whitenack) Zion in Fort Wayne IN passed away on Sept 14, 2026 after a long battle with MS and later dementia.
Pam was a Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister and she Loved Jesus. Pam was an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church for many years along with her Husband Keith. In her younger adult life Pam also was very active in her former church Faith Baptist where she helped out in many areas there.
Throughout many years of her adult life she was a well respected Photographer owning and operating Collins Unique Photo (name later changed to Studio Art); taking many senior photos, wedding photos and capturing memories for so many people in the Ft Wayne area.
Pam was diagnosed with MS in 1989 after falling from her horse. Because of this Pam was a strong advocate for disability rights and how people with various disabilities/mobility issues were treated. As her MS progressed and she needed to retire from her photography business and she found a new love for crafting, painting and of course still taking photos of nature and family. Pam was also a member of Turnstone for many years and enjoyed the times she was able to go there to create, exercise, and fellowship with others.
Pam loved animals of all kinds including cats, horses, birds & and of course dogs. Pam loved to go outside and enjoy nature especially tending her flowers. She enjoyed coloring and finding cool rocks. She loved her family, John Wayne, Mickey Mouse, and of course Sam Elliott.
Pam is survived by her loving Husband, Keith Ramsey, her Daughters, Rebecca (Ben) Kump, Jessica (Kent) Sheets, & Jennifer (John) Shafer; 7 grandchildren; Dustyn (Heather), Kylara, Colton, Willow, Jake, Conner, & Jasmine; as well as 7 Great Grandchildren, Avree, Ryker, Raiden, Scarlett, Amira, Amelia & Oliver; Sisters Tina & Beck, and a Brother Mark (Nancy); Stepchildren, Andrew, Anthony, & Sherry; and her puppy Nova.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bud & Nancy; Grandparents, Jess & Marie Whitenack; Her first Husband and father to her daughters, James(aka Jim)Collins; as well as her beloved dogs, Taffy, Sadye, & Sammy.
She will be missed by many but not forgotten.
Services will be at 2:00 pm Monday, September 21, 2026 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 7819 Decatur Rd., Fort Wayne, IN 46816 with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also be 1-3 and 5-7 pm Sunday, September 20, 2026 at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave. Fort Wayne, IN 46805
