Pamela "Pam"
Ann Chesnut
July 14, 1959 – November 29, 2025
Pamela Ann Chesnut, 66, passed away early Saturday, November 29th, surrounded by those who loved her, leaving behind a legacy of generosity, strength, and unmatched spirit.
Pamela was born in Paulding, Ohio on July 14, 1959. She was the daughter of Lula Mae Miller and Levi Doyle Pease. Pamela was preceded in death by her husband, James (Whitey) Chesnut. She was also preceded in death by her loving parents, Lula Mae Miller and Levi Doyle Pease, and her beloved siblings Gary Pease, Ron Pease, Mary Forbing, and Jeff Pease.
Pamela was a woman full of heart—benevolent, funny, and strong. She carried a "spicy" personality: sweet, warm, and just enough fire to make her unforgettable. She was the kind of person who noticed everyone, cared deeply, and would give a stranger the coat off her own back without a second thought.
She loved the simple joys of life: antiquing, garage sales, discovering new restaurants, and being around children. But her greatest joy of all was her grandchildren. They were the heartbeat of her days, and she adored each one.
Pamela worked hard throughout her life and blessed others with her generosity, humor, and steadfast love.
She is survived by her daughter, Nina Bogle, and son-in-law, Jon Bogle; her beloved grandsons—Brandon Scott, Jackson Bogle, Judah Bogle, and Jonah Bogle. She also leaves behind her dear sisters, Deborah Bell and Rebecca Langin; her stepdaughters, Jamie Bush and Shyloh Cox; her boyfriend, Gregg Fritze; and several nieces and nephews whom she loved deeply.
Her family takes comfort in remembering her laughter, quirky sense of humor, her strength, and the deep love she poured into everyone she met.
In lieu of flowers and due to her deep love and protection for women and children, memorials can be made to Jennifer's Harbor and Gateway Woods.
A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, December 8, 2025, at Harvest Fellowship Church, 1001 W. Wallen Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46825 with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Burial at Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne following the service.
