Pamela "Pam" Diane Garwood, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully from natural causes on October 4, 2025, at the age of 75 in her cherished hometown of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Pam is survived by her loving husband, Thomas F. Garwood, who was by her side through all of life's adventures. She is also survived by her precious pup Bobbie; her children Kerrie (John) Espy; Kasandra (Dustin) King; Kelly (Eric) Renbarger; and Jodi (Steve) Widlitzki; Grandchildren Summer, Taylor (Eric), Colton (Shirley), Morgan (Sam), Logan (Madison), Kaden (Lilly), Zoie and Channing; Great Grandchildren Eleanor, Soren, Laurel, Roen, Arthur, Jared and Mazelyne. She was preceded in death by her parents Kenneth W. and Lucille Y. (Titus) Jackson and sisters Suzanne Calkins and Kathleen Marquart.

Pam enjoyed traveling with Tom in the United States and different countries. She especially enjoyed the warmer weather and water.  Many of the earlier years were enjoying boating in one of the four different lake homes that they had built or remodeled through the years.  When the colder weather became too much, the snowbirds headed for Florida to enjoy the winters in the South.  A particular passion in Florida became growing beautiful tropical plants.  She was very excited when neighbors stopped to admire her favorite Bird of Paradise plants, Banana tree, or various exotic greenery she always enjoyed nurturing.

A celebration of Pam's life will take place with a public visitation on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Divine Mercy Funeral Home-Cedar Canyons, 1986 W. Cedar Canyons Rd., Huntertown, IN from 2:00 PM to 4:00PM and again from 5:00PM to 8:00PM. Family and friends can come together to share their memories and pay their respects. The funeral service will follow on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 1:00 PM, with an hour prior visitation, also at the funeral home. Pamela will then be laid to rest with a graveside service held at Highland Park Cemetery.
