Patrick Frank O'Sullivan, 44, beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend passed away unexpectedly at home on January 13, 2025. Born June 30, 1980 in Queens, New York, he was the son of Kevin and Carol (St. Augustine, FL). He married the love of his life, Brianne, on June 2, 2013. Father to Patrick Jr, Chloe Joseph, Evelina and Gabriella Campos and grandpa to River. Surviving are his parents and brother Michael (Jenn). You'd find Pat on the golf course, cheering on the Giants and Notre Dame football, not to mention the NY Rangers. He's known for slinging' pies and feeding a crowd. He loved cuddling his favorite pets, Bobby the cat and Bo the pit. He loved his Club Soda family whom he worked with for many years. His smile and infectious laugh will be deeply missed.

Funeral Service is Tuesday January 21, 2025 at 11am with visitation beginning at 10am at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Visitation will also be from 4-8 pm on Monday January 20, 2025 at Divine Mercy Funeral Home. Burial will be immediately following the funeral service at Lindenwood Cemetery, 2324 W. Main Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
