Paul J. Wurm, 75, of Fort Wayne, died Friday February 2, 2024. Paul was born in Defiance, Ohio on February 26, 1948, the son of Paul R. Wurm and Barbara (Pota) Wurm Falba. After high school, Paul served his country proudly in the US Army during the Vietnam Conflict. On April 10, 1982, Paul married Sharon L. (Cubbage) Wurm. He had a deep sense of patriotism, and he cherished the time spent with family & friends. Paul retired as a supervisor with Goodwill Industries.

He is survived by Sharon Wurm, his wife of 41 years, and his son, Brandon C. Wurm; grandchildren, Justine (Andy) Jacquay and Breanna Wurm; sisters, Paula Lipp and Maryann (Troy) Jordan, all of Fort Wayne, and 7 great-grandchildren. Paul was preceded in death by his mother and father; his step-father, Bruno Falba; his brother Michael Falba, and an infant brother, Joseph Dion Wurm.

A graveside service is scheduled for 11:30am Tuesday February 6, 2024 at Prairie Grove Cemetery, 6312 Old Trail Rd. where Paul will be laid to rest with military honors. Arrangements through Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave.
