Reginald "Reggie" Smith, age 58, of Fort Wayne, IN passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at Parkview Randallia Hospital. Born in Fort Wayne on March 5, 1966, he was the son of the late Thomas and Annie Lois (King) Smith.

Reggie was the biggest fan of Michael Jackson. He loved all kinds of music, but Michael Jackson was his heart. Reggie was involved in the Easter Seals program for many years. He was a fan favorite when he participated in the Dancing with the Stars competitions. Reggie was also a good bowler. He loved throwing that ball down the lane. Reggie was an awesome, strong-willed, fun-loving person. He probably knew every bus driver in the city, and they knew him as well. Reggie loved his family and friends unconditionally.

Left to cherish his memory are his siblings, Michael T. Smith, Maurice A. (Catherine) Smith, Charlotte M. Smith, Lori A. Whitten, and Belinda A. Smith. Reggie was preceded in death by his parents.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, 1105 Calhoun Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802 with visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow the service at Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
