Robert "Bob" Henry Baker, Jr., of Powell, Ohio (formerly of Tucson, AZ, and Fort Wayne, IN), was called home to the Lord on Sunday, August 10, 2025.

Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on February 15, 1948, Bob attended Central Catholic High School before earning an Evans Scholarship to Indiana University, where he received his master's degree in business. During and after his college years, he also served in ROTC followed by the U.S. Army Reserves.

Bob built a distinguished career in the banking and financial services industry, working in cities across the country, including Fort Wayne, IN; Peoria, IL; Spokane, North Oaks, MN; Half Moon Bay, CA; Castle Rock, CO; Salt Lake City, UT; and Seattle, WA.  His professional journey included leadership roles with private banks as well as major organizations such as First National Bank, VISA, and Coinstar.

Following his retirement, Bob settled in Tucson, Arizona, where he embraced the outdoors and pursued the hobbies he loved most - riding his Harley-Davidson, horseback riding, and, above all, spending time on the golf course.

Bob is survived by his children Brent (Brandie) Baker, Krisa (Jason) Meyer, and Robert Baker III; siblings John (Sue) Baker, Jeff (Mary) Baker, and Molly Tuttle; seven (7) grandchildren including Hunter, Dawson, and Danielle; four (4) great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Betty Baker and his Brother-in-Law Brad Tuttle.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Bob's life at a Celebration of Life Visitation on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m.
