Ronald Charles Schroeder, 88, of Fort Wayne, passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2024.

He was born on October 29. 1936 in Fort Wayne to the late Paul and Mildred (Toenges) Schroeder.

Ronald was a graduate of Central Highschool in Fort Wayne.

On May 10, 1958, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, he married the love of his life, Janice. She preceded him in death in 2023.

Mr. Schroeder retired as a Design Engineer from Harvester in 2007, after 50 years.

In his free time, Ronald enjoyed spending time at their lake house on Snow Lake, Ballroom Dancing, and traveling.

He is survived by his daughter, Rhonda (David) Baatz; grandchildren, Sara (Nate) Byerline and Elizabeth (Brad) Sturges; and five great-grandchildren.

A private burial will take place at Concordia Lutheran Cemetery.
