Stella A. Barile, 92, of Fort Wayne, died Wednesday March 11, 2026 at Parkview Randallia Hospital. Stella was born April 10, 1933 in Macchiagodena, Italy, the daughter of the late Rocco and Anna (Della Posta) Ciocca.

Stella married Giulio Barile on March 14, 1981; he survives, along with her brother, Nick Ciocca of Fort Wayne; brother-in-law, Joseph Barile of Fort Wayne, nieces & nephews, Nick (Kathy) DiIanni of Huntertown, and Michael (Becky) Barile, Jeff (Laurie) Ciocca, Chris (Maureen) Ciocca, Sandy (Dale) Budzon, Angela Coleman and Anna Barile, all of Fort Wayne, and several great-nieces & nephews. In addition to her parents, Stella was also preceded in death by her sisters, Teresa Barile, Felicia DiIanni, Rosa Barile and Giovanna Barile.

Stella retired from Seyfert’s in 1986, after 43 years with the company. She was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church and was devout in her faith and devoted to her family. She cherished the time she spent with her family & friends.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30am Thursday March 19, 2026 in St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 4916 Trier Rd. with visitation from 9:30-10:30am in the church. Visitation is also on Wednesday from 4-8pm at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave. with the Rosary at 3:30pm. Entombment in Catholic Cemetery. The family’s preferred memorial is for Masses.
