"Ted" Schall
September 6, 1939 – October 9, 2024
Theodore N. "Ted" Schall, 85, of Fort Wayne, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2024.
He was born in Monroeville to the late Lawrence and Christina (Linder) Schall on September 6, 1939.
Ted was a 1957 graduate of Central Catholic High School.
On May 21, 1960, he married the love of his life, Sue Ann Seiler
In 2006, Mr. Schall retired as the President of Trans-Power, Inc. He had also worked as the Vice President and Regional Manager of Kaman Bearing Supplies. Ted was also a co-owner of Tork Products.
Ted enjoyed playing sports in his younger years and watching sports in his later years. He was always a proud husband, father, grandpa, and great-grandpa. He absolutely loved his family and having lunch with his friends (the R.O.M.E.O. Guys).
He is survived by his loving wife, Sue Ann; children, Thomas (Kathy) Schall, Timothy (Greta) Schall, Lisa Schall, and Lori (Robert "Bob") Hogan; grandchildren, Molly (Nathan), Nathan, Jacob, Aaron, Nicholas (Alyssa, deceased), Matthew (Heather), Brandon (Michelle), Ben (Jordyn), T.J. (Maddison); and great-grandchildren, Dominic, Leo, Anthony, Shayla, Mariah, Moira, Eleanor, Dorothy, Brigid, Georgia, Cecilia, and Grayson.
Also preceding him in death were 11 siblings.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, October 14, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Jude Catholic Church, 2130 Pemberton Drive, Fort Wayne with calling one hour prior. Calling will also be Sunday, October 13, 2024 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Riley Hospital for Children, Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, or Masses to be celebrated in Ted's name.
Ted's family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the loving staff of Kingston Care Center of Fort Wayne and Heart to Heart Hospice for their wonderful care and kindness.
