Obituary

Anthony P. Speith Sr, 84, of Fort Wayne, died Sunday May 25, 2025 at St. Anne Home & Retirement Community. Tony was born in Fort Wayne on July 30, 1940, the son of (the late) John and Rose (Gerardot) Speith. He retired after 40 years as a building contractor and owner of Remodeling Concepts. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (New Haven) and enjoyed bowling, playing Bingo and spending time with family & friends. In addition to his parents, Tony was also preceded in death by his wife, Debbie Speith, and 5 of his siblings. He is survived by his 6 children; 3 step-children; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, and 3 siblings. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00pm Tuesday June 3, 2025 in the Chapel at St. Anne Home, 1900 Randallia Dr. Visitation is from 12-1pm. Burial in I.O.O.F. Cemetery in New Haven. Arrangements through Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave. The family's preferred memorial are Masses directed to St. Anne Home & Retirement Community or Queen of Angels Catholic Church.
