Valerie K. Neuhouser, age 72, of Fort Wayne, IN passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, January 9, 2026, surrounded by friends.  Raised in Fort Wayne, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Evelyn (Grepke) Neuhouser.  Valerie worked at FedEx as a courier and as a customer service agent for over 25 years.  When not working, she enjoyed fishing, camping, rock collecting, and gardening.  She loved the beach and the mountains and especially decorating for Christmas every year.  Valerie will be remembered as an original spirit with a generous heart.  She was a fighter, resilient in her Faith, and a true believer in God.

Left to cherish her memory are her brother, Shelby L. (Gail) Neuhouser; niece, Heather Jordan; and great-niece, Calleigh. Valerie was preceded in death by her parents.
