Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Vikki L. Difilippo, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Vikki was born on February 17, 1945, in Kansas City, Missouri, to her loving parents. She peacefully departed from this world on October 14, 2024, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, surrounded by her family.

Vikki enjoyed wintering in Florida where she was in her happy place on the Siesta Key's white sands. She also enjoyed time on Lake James, gardening, and hosting family and friends. Her time spent with her family is what she cherished the most.

Vikki is survived by her devoted spouse, Mike Difilippo, and her children Jennifer (John) Chambers, Holly Anderson, and Steven Heymann. She is also survived by her grandchildren, John (Jessica) Chambers, Jr., Joseph (Brooke) Chambers, Alex (Rachel) Heymann, Sage Heymann, Luke Heymann, and Samuel Anderson, as well as her three great-grandchildren, Jackson, Jordan, and Justin Chambers. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert A. & Mary V. (Monroe) Suetterlin. Her presence will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

A time of visitation to honor Vikki's life will be held at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave., Ft. Wayne, IN, on Saturday, October 19, 2024 from 11:00am to 3:00pm.

Vikki's family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to Kingston at Dupont Care Facility and Heartland Hospice.
