Adelaida Rios Favela

Adelaida Rios Favela, 74, of Fort Wayne died August 4, 2023, at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Adelaida was born January 31, 1949, in San Ignacio De La Sierra Durango, Mexico. She was a member of Saint Patrick Catholic Church and a beloved, devout member of her community. A friend to all, old and young; rich or poor.  She loved and frequently doted upon her children, grandchildren, friends, and furry companion, Princess Minnie.  Adelaida is survived by daughter, Maria Favela; son, Daniel Favela; three sisters, Melecia Rios, Piedad Favela Quinones, Adela Favela Quinones; two brothers, Benjamin Favela Quinones, Bernave Favela Quinones; three granddaughters, Audrey Kelly, Victoria Kelly, Kathryn Kelly.  Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am, Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at Saint Patrick Catholic Church, 2120 S. Harrison St. with calling one hour prior. Visitation also Tuesday, August 15, 2023, from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Divine Mercy Funeral Home, 3500 Lake Ave., Fort Wayne.
